Haulbase processes broker, carrier, customer, shipment, document, and communication data to provide transportation management automation services.

We use customer data to operate the platform, maintain tenant isolation, provide support, secure the service, and generate audit evidence. We do not sell customer data.

Subprocessors may include hosting, database, observability, communications, and AI infrastructure providers. Production subprocessors are finalized before client contracting.

Customers can request access, export, correction, or deletion through their account representative, subject to contractual retention and freight-record obligations.
