Terms of Service

Haulbase provides transportation management automation tools for freight brokers. Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving customer-facing, money-related, and external commitment actions.

The service is provided under a written customer order form. Draft-and-hold workflows, audit trails, and tenant-scoped controls are core safety requirements.

Customers must maintain accurate account users, carrier/customer records, and lawful authority to process shipment data through the platform.

Liability, warranty, indemnity, confidentiality, data protection, and dispute terms are finalized in the signed master services agreement.
